1. Who we are

These terms apply to your use of moroccobylocals.com (“Morocco by Locals”, “the site”, “we”, “us”). The site is run by the operator of this website. You can reach us through the contact form.

2. What the site is

Morocco by Locals is a free social games website. It offers 46 slot-style games that you play in your browser for entertainment only.

• No real-money gambling. You can’t place bets with money, make deposits, request withdrawals or buy anything on this site.
• No prizes. Nothing you do on the site can win money, prizes or anything of real-world value.
• No promise of future results. Playing a free game says nothing about what would happen in real-money gambling.

3. Who can use the site

• You must be 18 or over. We ask you to confirm your age when you arrive, and your date of birth when you create an account.
• The site is intended for people who live in the United Kingdom. If you’re elsewhere, please don’t use it.

4. Virtual credits

The games use virtual credits shown inside each game. They are for fun only. They have no cash value and can’t be bought, sold, traded, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods, services or anything else. We can’t restore, top up or compensate for virtual credits, and they may reset (for example if you clear your browser data).

5. Accounts

• You need a free account to play the games. You can sign up with your email address and a password, or with Google. Browsing the site doesn’t need one.
• Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Please don’t create accounts for other people or use someone else’s.
• After five wrong password attempts, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes to protect your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from My account. See Privacy Policy for how we handle your details.

6. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• break the law, or misuse the site, its forms or its sign-in;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, other people’s accounts, or our systems;
• use bots, scrapers, exploits or automated tools to play, copy or overload the site or games;
• try to buy, sell or trade accounts or virtual credits;
• send us spam, abusive, misleading or unlawful messages;
• copy, frame or redistribute the games or site content other than through the site as provided.

We may suspend or close an account, or limit access, if these terms are broken.

7. Games and third-party content

The games are provided by third-party game developers and open inside our pages (they are served from our own domain, moroccobylocals.com). They are the property of their owners and may keep their own settings or credit balances in your browser and set their own cookies. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that sign-in. Links to other sites (for example GamCare and BeGambleAware) lead to services we don’t control.

8. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text and branding belong to us or our licensors. The games belong to their developers. You may play and view them for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may not otherwise copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Availability and liability

• The site and games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove games at any time.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
• Subject to that, we aren’t liable for losses that weren’t a foreseeable result of our breach, for loss of virtual credits (which have no value), or for problems caused by your device, browser or connection. Because the site is free and for entertainment, our liability to you for anything connected with it is limited to the extent the law allows.

10. Closing an account

You can stop using the site at any time and delete your account yourself. You can also ask us, through Support, for a break, for your account to be restricted, or for it to be deleted. We may close accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes, without affecting any rights you have under the law of another part of the UK where you live.
